We believe that a face to face meeting is the best way of assessing an Applicant’s skills, experience and motivations. When a face to face interview is not possible, an in depth interview is conducted over the telephone instead.
- CV’s reviewed for all Applicants: When appropriate we work with applicants to ensure all the information you need, such as performance against target data, significant wins, awards etc are included on an Applicants CV and that this information is readily accessible.
- Applicants only Introduced with their Permission: Not only is this a requirement of the Data Protection Act of 1998, we do this to help reduce Applicant ownership issues.
- Aurum Database Managed within Data Protection Laws: Aurum International recognise the importance of handling sensitive data with care which is why we are registered with the Information Commissioners office (Registration number Z8475604) and fully comply with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
- A well Managed Interview Process: Because we take the time to closely match your needs with the applicant's skills, experience and aspirations, we save you time by introducing a small number of relevant applicants who are managed throughout the interview process. This includes providing verbal and written confirmations for all interviews, detailed interview feedback, and assistance with negotiations at offer stage to ensure a successful outcome.
- All Aurum Consultants are REC Accredited: The REC is an independent trade body whose aim is to improve standards in the recruitment sector. Aurum are committed to providing the best possible standards of recruitment and have been corporate members since January 2005. Additionally all our Consultants are independently REC accredited and are regularly trained and assessed to ensure they comply with all the latest government regulations concerning Age, Gender, Race and Disability discrimination.
